Prospective vendor may apply at www.NewGirlExpo.com under “Vendors” tab. Applications close June 20, 2015.
There will be a $25 fee required upon applying. This includes the $10.00 nonrefundable processing fee and a $15.00 application fee. In the case your application is denied, NGE will refund the full application fee.
Once approved, vendor will send you a customized invoice. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
In order to fully benefit from “Early Bird” rates, vendor MUST pay by April 20, 2015. No exceptions.
Early Bird rates: March 20, 2015 - April 20, 2015
Normal rates: April 20, 2015 - June 20, 2015
Vendor Exhibit Space
Booth location are determined by size, type of vendor, and on a first come, first served basis. Included with each space:
Ample space to exhibit and sell your goods (based on purchased amount)
Two foldable chairs
Complimentary wristbands for you and your staff at day of event.
*Table and table cover is REQUIRED and is NOT included with booth rental. Vendor MUST bring his or her own table(s) and table cover(s).
At NGE, we allow vendors to share a booth for an extra fee of $50.00, which comes with one extra table. Shared booths are very limited, so please apply as soon as possible.
Directions for splitting booths:
1. Each vendor must submit their own application.
2. On application, choose splitting booth in price box, and provide other vendor’s name and business name so we may match with your application. You will get a faster response from an NGE representative if both vendors apply on the same day.
3. Upon application approval, each vendor will receive their own invoice with half of the total price of booth: Booth fee + electricity (optional) + shared booth fee ($50) + contract fee ($15 each applicant). Each vendor is responsible to pay his or her own booth fee invoice.
Electricity is optional. Long Beach CC, CA requires a $50.00 nonrefundable fee per booth that request for electricity.
If you do not want electricity at your booth, you will NOT be charged this fee.
Please make note of this request when applying.
Your business can benefit from complimentary advertisement on NGE website for up 6 months (after the event). This is a great way to take advantage of our online presence and exposure. If interested in additional advertising opportunities please contact a representative today.
Please be advised that decoration is HIGHLY encouraged, on and around table set up, but must be confined with your purchased space. At an expo, appearances ARE important and how your booth is set up can have a direct impact on your sales.Great products can lose their appeal if they're surrounded by a poorly-designed display, so think about setting up a booth or table that makes people look and keeps them browsing.
Banners, signs, and such may be displayed: on table top, hanging from tables, and on surrounding floor space. Table cover is REQUIRED and is NOT included with booth rental. Vendor MUST bring his or her own table cover.
**Service Vendors (Hair salons, makeup, nails, and tanning booths) Please make sure you provide a trash can and sign in sheet for your guest. Last appointment can be made at 3:30pm

Seminar/Showroom Floor Rules
Assignment of booth location on floor room will be arranged by New Girl Expo.
All New Girl Expo vendors agree to all rules and regulations brought by NGE and Long Beach CC, CA. Mutual respect at ALL TIMES, otherwise, you will be removed from the event. Please be advised that booth breakdown begins when event is over. Please do not start break down until 4:00PM.
Photo and Video Agreement
NGE will have an onsite photographer and videographer on the day of the event, and may take photos of you and your products. All videos, photographs, reproductions, and negatives thereof shall constitute of New Girl Expo’s sole property and New Girl Expo has the full right to dispose any or all of them in any manner whatsoever.
Payment is due 10 days after vendor receives an invoice from an NGE vendor. NO EXCEPTIONS. Payment will be made via PayPal once vendor receives invoice. If vendor does not send payment within two weeks of invoice date, vendor will forfeit booth hold, and must reapply.
Vendors who cancel before June 1st, 2015 are eligible to receive a refund on booth fee with the exception of nonrefundable invoice fee and electricity fee. Any vendors who cancel on or after June 1st, 2015 will be NOT be able to receive refund. Please email your NGE vendor as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
It is expressed, understood, and agreed by contracting vendor, its agents, and its guests that neither New Girl Expo, its employees, nor operator of the venue, or venues employees shall be liable for loss or damage to the goods or properties of vendors. At all times, goods remain in the sole possession and custody of each vendor. Upon filling out NGE Summer 2015 application, vendor agrees to defend and assure NGE, its management, officers, members, sponsors, and employees, and hold them harmless from all claims, demands, actions, complaints, suits, or liability for any property damage, personal injury, or other damages sustained by any individual or entity, including the vendor and its employees, on or about the vendor’s display space or otherwise arising out of the vendor’s participation in the exposition, including such injury or damage of any nature that may result, in whole or in part, from the negligence of any of the employees of the vendor.
*NOTE: NO payment is required when applying. Once application is approved, an NGE representative will send you an invoice and directions on how to send payment via PayPal.
